Thanks for getting in touch

As this is cast iron, I'd recommend seasoning; lightly rub both sides with oil and stick your BBQ on high for a while (Or you could do this in an oven for an hour)

The more you use it, the more non-stick it will become, just like a cast iron pan - It's not dishwasher safe
